No Refunds/Returns

I want to do everything in my power to make you as happy as you have made my by placing an order!

I am sorry if there has been an issue, please read below to fully understand the outlines of the exchanges as we do not do returns/refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original contents. You will also need proof a purchase, such as an invoice, if requested. Sizing charts are available with every product on the website, if you have any questions on sizing feel free to reach out before purchasing to assure no mishaps!

Once eligible for an exchange, please note you are responsible for all shipping cost and a restocking fee. I can offer a discounted shipping label to make this process easier.

Damages and issues (valid for 7 days after package delivery)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. I thoroughly inspect each item before it is shipped, but I know sometimes I will not catch everything. Please be ready to send pictures of the damage found. 

Bittersweet Dyes will be responsible for any shipping fee from damaged products that incurred at my business location. Any damage that occurred once delivered will not be my responsibility. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns, but if unsatisfied for (x) reason(s), an exchange for another item at the same price can be discussed.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom commissions, sale items, and gift cards.

Note that in very few case, I will allow an exchange due to sizing, as mentioned above, there is sizing information available with each product/or my contact information. 

We do not refund any product or item purchased, only exchanges under certain circumstances so please make sure you like what you are purchasing before you follow through.
